Depending on the delivery time, delivery date and chosen country or city, your order will be delivered from our logistic centers or by one of our local florist partners.
Preparation of your flower bouquet and delivery are not included in the product price, but is added at the checkout process. They vary depending on delivery date and time, and it’s usually between only 3€ and 12€.
These prices may vary on special occasions like Saint Valentine's Day, Mothers Day or Christmas time.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as this depends on the availability of our logistics partners and our local florists. If you choose a range of hours we will make all in our hands to deliver it during that specific time range.
If you cancel your order at least three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
In case you decide to cancel within 3 days to delivery, we won't be able to refund the amount paid at checkout, except delivery cost which will be given back using the same payment method you used.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information on placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details or to acquire additional information from you.
InstaFlor will not be liable if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and you will therefore not be entitled to a refund.
